Stainless Steel 304l Drill Mud Screen Pipe

Perforated pipe screens are the most popular and are used for generally benign drilling environments with low flow rates and mild LCM. These are manufactured with 304 and 17-4 Stainless Steel. Our company offers perforated pipe screens in lengths from 18" to 4'. (Custom lengths also available) We have two thicknesses to choose from, according to your needs:

· 7 Gauge – (0.188" thick) 5/16" holes on 1/2" staggered pattern. Typically used when drilling with low flow rates

· 11 Gauge – (0.125" thick) 3/16" holes on 5/16" staggered pattern. Typically used when drilling with low to mid-range flow rates
