Perforated pipe screens are the most popular and are used for generally benign drilling environments with low flow rates and mild LCM. These are manufactured with 304 and 17-4 Stainless Steel. Our company offers perforated pipe screens in lengths from 18” to 4’. (Custom lengths also available) We have two thicknesses to choose from, according to your needs:

· 7 Gauge – (0.188” thick) 5/16” holes on 1/2” staggered pattern. Typically used when drilling with low flow rates

· 11 Gauge – (0.125” thick) 3/16” holes on 5/16” staggered pattern. Typically used when drilling with low to mid-range flow rates
