Slotted Casings

Slotted casings are widely used for oil filters, they can filter out 99% of the sand, which greatly reduces the maintenance rate of the tube, and also improve the tube’s strength, integrality and stability of keeping off the sand.
The slotted casings are produced using laser cutting technology, the slot is with high precision, good edge verticality, trimming smooth without glitches and etc.
Meanwhile, the laser incision can make very small cuts with smooth surface and high precision. Although its structure is simple, it is very effective. It has small cuts of 0.1-0.5mm in the tube wall.
