Laser Slotted Liner

The controlling of laser cutting slotted pipe according to the specifications and Machining parameters of the pipe body. When the pipe is under slotting, the procedure including: surface treatment of the pipe before process, cooling and eliminating the heat during the whole slotting as well as removing the iron rust and oxide; make quality inspection after the slotting of the pipe and the substandard pipes be sent to the waste collecting station.;marking the pipes fits for the requirement of the quality; issuing the material certificate and delivering the goods. 

Product performance
1. Our slotted liner use J55/K55/N80 casing and tubings of API standard, with high overall strength, not so easy to deformation.
2. The edge of the slot is vertical, smooth, without burrs, and the slot is uniformity.
3. The perforated pipe is suitable for sandy well, which the diameter of the sand greater than 0.3mm.
4. The slot can be longitudinal and transverse, the section of the slot can be parallel and trapezoidal types, with a wide open area.
5. Slot pipe has a big inner diameter.
