Wedge wire screen filter elements are made of stainless steel wedge wire screen. Filter rating is from 25 to 500 microns. Screens
are made by wrapping and welding V-shaped wire on support rods creating slots which enlarge inwardly allowing only two contact
pionts with the particles, thus preventing any risk of clogging and faciliating cleaning by reverse flow of backwash. They are
classified into filter sheet, filter basket and filter elements. They have such characteristics as good strength, high ridity ,
resistance to abrasion and corrosion, even gap, good in filtration and fluidity, easy to clean and back wash.
