So all our wedge wire filter tubes are made of same size wedge wire and keep reliable filtration accuracy. 3. Perfect roundness. The filter element with high roundness has high efficiency and is not easy to be blocked. The connections are made by CNC machine,and we make sure precise dimension and the torerance with 0.01mm.Wedge wire filter tube has two different types,one is positive rolled,one is reverse rolled.Reverse rolled wedge wire filter has a re-rolled construction. It's wedge wire inside,and suppor rod outside. The processes are cutting the positive filter tube first,then flatten it and re-roll it,weld it at finally. The seam between the support rod is still precise as before.
